Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality educational support tailored to each student's needs. If you are not satisfied with a session or service, we offer the following refund and cancellation terms:

Single Session Refunds

• 50% refund if the session is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for missed sessions without notice ("no-shows").

Prepaid Packages or Subscriptions

• Refunds for unused sessions are available upon request, based on the remaining balance:

  • Full refund for unused sessions if canceled within 3 days of purchase and no sessions have been used.

  • Pro-rated refund (based on the number of used sessions) if canceled after the first week.

  • Non-refundable after 7 days from date of purchase.
